Building Co-Ops and Thriving Within Them with Anne Reynolds

On today’s show, we learn about the democracy of cooperatives in  with Anne Reynolds. Anne is the former Director of UW Center for Cooperatives. She joins us to talk about how housing co-ops work, the importance of cooperative working environments.

Anne tells us stories of local co-ops and reflects on a visit Mondragon Corporation in Spain. It was there that she heard, “this is not heaven, and we are not angels,” and thought it was quite fitting for all cooperatives!
